Jesus Christ was warning the Church of Sardis according to their shortcomings, using the strongest Greek negative grammar.

Rev. 3: 2-4 Wake up and strengthen what remains, which is about to die; for I have found your deeds incomplete in the sight of My God. Remember, then, what you have received and heard. Keep it and repent. If you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know the hour when I will come upon you. But you do have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled their garments, and because they are worthy, they will walk with Me in white.

Although the Olivet Discourse was mainly about the redemption of the Jews, most of what Jesus warned them to watch for, the CONVERGENCE OF PROPHETIC SIGNS, applies equally to us.

In St. John’s Rev. 2-3 vision, Jesus Christ is talking about when He’ll come for His bride/true church, who’ll be ready and who won’t. Those who are seriously watching for His coming, are also guarding themselves to make sure they’re always ready for Him. The ones who won’t watch for His coming, fall back into the world and soil their garments. For the most part, believers who will ‘know the hour,’ as He comes upon them are also the ones who kept their garments clean. Those are the garments of His righteousness that He imparted onto us by His blood. We must guard those garments and ask Him to ‘wash our feet’ every day, for the world is filthy. It’s easier just to say that the people Jesus Christ will deem worthy are the ones who watched.

Yet, Jesus didn’t specify that we’ll need to predict, the exact calendrical day of each harvest in advance. And, regarding the hour? It seems that He meant we should be aware of ‘the hour’ when He comes upon us, to gather us to Himself. In other words, if we ignore the words spoken into our spirit “come up here” or the shout of the archangel and the trumpet blow of God, we’ll miss out on that harvest because we will have been living for the world, not focused on Him. I think He commanded us ‘to see the day approaching’ so that we’ll be continuously focused on Him, not on the world, so that we won’t miss the hour. But I could be wrong; So please don’t let me discourage anyone who’s being led by the Holy Spirit to know the exact hour in advance!

Those who’re obedient, capable and watching will know, at the very least, when the final year(s) have arrived! They might ‘jump the gun’ about some events, due to excitement and navigating new territory, but they won’t miss the early harvest!

This group, is now very active on Earth. Many have thoroughly committed themselves to studying prophesy in current events. Watchers have been focusing their collective telescopic crosshairs on each approaching holy convocation (appointed time) of God’s Torah calendar, as well as the many other time intervals, that the Bible points us in the direction of, that foreshadow Jesus’ harvesting of His bride, and other saints.

All the temptations of the ‘great deception,’ are turbocharging now. My studies, based on the Septuagint Daniel 9:27 Old Greek manuscripts, show that we’re already in the beginning of Daniel’s 70th week. (I think the ‘great tribulation’ but not the greatest tribulation, begins when Jesus Christ releases the fourth horseman of the Apocalypse, and that it’ll last about a year.) The rebellious portion of the great ‘falling away’ of the church is multiplying. We won’t be able to resist, unless we focus every possible moment on the truth, washing ourselves in His word without neglecting His prophesies. His word tells us to WATCH. So we also need to pay attention to what’s happening in the world, so we can discern all the things we’ve been warned about, while simultaneously guarding our behavior and thoughts to ‘keep our garments clean.’

Doing all this helps to keep us enthusiastic about Him while maintaining us in a high state of preparedness, ready to be overjoyed when He gathers us. We live for His Kingdom, the most glorious alternative to living for the world. But, we’re not watching just for ourselves, we’re sounding alarms! Jesus commanded everyone to watch, but not everybody’s assigned to do the position of being ‘a watcher.’ We hope to serve our Lord and prove useful to our brethren who’re making other important contributions in the service of Jesus Christ in this very last hour.

Believers who consistently watch, usually focus on the next approaching ‘high watch,’ even if there seems to be an even higher watch on the horizon. It wouldn’t make sense to do it any other way! Watchmen and women study and discuss calendars with each other as Bereans and are connected via internet. Together we look at many meaningful ‘types and shadows’ time intervals, and prophesies that jump out from God’s word.

It’s the opposite of the crazy cult leaders of old, who hard-set dates, in strange, isolated congregations. I think satan used those groups to scare modern believers into not watching at all, causing many who are fearful, to attack God’s watchmen and women rather than edify them. Those who seriously watch and warn are sometimes falsely accused by their own brethren of being the exact opposite of who they are. It would be good for all of us to resist joining that ungodly army, which is set upon tearing down God’s watchmen and women! In other words, being against ‘watching’ is of the antichrist spirit! Jesus explained it in ‘The Parable of the Faithful Servant.’

We’re so utterly close to the end now that we can see the convergence of most prophesies, events and signs of His second coming! Even the prophesies and signs that will only reach their climax after Jesus Christ has harvested most of His saints have become visible on the horizon, and they’re steadily approaching. So we can be absolutely sure that Jesus Christ will gather His bride very, very soon!

The two verses below are among those that are often misunderstood. They’re so often conflated and repeated that they contribute to the blinding of many believers:

So when they came together, they asked Him, ‘Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?’ Jesus said ‘It’s not for you to know times or seasons that the Father has fixed by His own authority.‘ (Acts 1: 6-7)

The above verse is not about harvest timing, but about His Millennial Kingdom on Earth. Those two things will be very close in time for the Jews, but it hadn’t yet been revealed to the Apostles that the kingdom wasn’t coming their lifetimes. The assignment to the apostles was to focus on the foundation of the faith, most importantly the essentials that Jesus revealed to them. So, in Acts 1:6-7, when Jesus said ‘you’ He was referring specifically to the apostles. After the events recorded in the Book of Acts, more knowledge about the approaching Millennial Kingdom was unlocked and revealed.

But as for you, Daniel, conceal these words and seal up the book until the end of time; many will go back and forth, and knowledge will increase. (Daniel 12:4)

A good example of that regards the Book of Daniel itself: A third century manuscript was discovered in 1931, called papyrus 967, which confirms Codex Chisianus 45, the oldest manuscript of Daniel that was hidden away in the the Chigi Library in Rome then the Vatican Library ever since Theodotion rewrote it. It proves that the Theodotion version altered prophesy. It left out a crucial prophesy that gives the exact timing of the end.

Here’s the most popular misunderstood verse in the Bible – It’s gone dangerously viral over centuries:

But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. (Matt. 24:36)

That shouldn’t be taken as a stand alone verse. There are at least 3 ways to interpret it.

Here’s the verse before it:

Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. (Matt 24:35)

Seeing them together:

Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. (Matt. 24: 35-36)

Many Bereans and watchmen think it’s the ‘time when heaven and earth will pass away that only the Father knows. That’s possible, as we know Jesus will hand over this universe to God the Father before the new heavens and earth are created!

For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. (Isa. 65:17)

Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. (2 Peter 3:13)

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. (Rev. 21:1)

But, since Jesus took on human limitations for awhile when He became flesh, it could also mean that, at that time, He choose not to know the day or the hour of . . . we don’t really know if He was referring to the new universe or the harvest of the Jews. But, after His death, resurrection and ascension to the right hand of the Father God, which happened a few days later, we shouldn’t assume He remained unknowing.

So, no matter how we’re inclined to view Matt 24:35-36 superficially, it’s essential that we don’t become over confidant and use it as a weapon against our brethren. Also we must examine it, not as a stand alone verse, but according to its place in the entire Bible.

Many believers hear wonderful sermons and thank God for inspired pastors. But, most Christians today don’t really study the Bible. Since Matthew is the first book of the New Testament, it’s the book people have read the most; Perhaps that’s why that verse has become one for many cling to. (It’s also in Mark.) It’s rather commonly chanted with dramatic overconfidence, often by believers who seen quite vacuous in Biblical understanding. This is the group that wags their finger at anyone who speaks about the signs of the times. Many watchers have been wounded by them, as evidenced by frequent laments about it by watchmen and women online. This is the type of abuse toward fellow servants that Jesus warned us about in the parable of The Faithful or the Unfaithful Servant. Sometimes, even otherwise excellent Bible teachers and preachers have been mesmerized or intimidated by the overwhelming mantra and have found themselves repeating it, just to pacify their flocks.

Now, Jesus truly was truly referring to the timing of His coming to gather the Jews in the following section of His Olivet Discourse:

There are Three Watches

Matt. 24:42 is in the later part of Jesus Christ’s Olivet Discourse, the third watch, where He described the main harvest of the Jews, not an earlier harvest of the mostly gentile church. (The church didn’t exist yet, as the New Covenant in His blood hadn’t been sealed, as He’d not yet been crucified and resurrected from the dead.) Not long after that, St Paul, the apostle to the gentiles, gave the church its own special warnings.

“So the last will be first, and the first will be last.” That verse is from the Parable of the Vineyard Workers (Matt. 20:16): There are three groups in the parable: And although it’s mainly about warning those saints who worked the hardest and sacrificed the most for Christ, not to be jealous of their brethren who’ve come to Christ at the last hour only to receive ‘the full days wages’ of eternal salvation in God’s perfect Kingdom being adopted as His beloved children! This verse, when being contemplated in the Spirit of Christ’s words, also can shed light on the meaning of the three watches, because as we’re studying, what becomes crystal clear that the Jews, as a nation, who were the first to be warned, will be the last to be harvested.

There’s the first watch, the second watch and the third watch. . .

We’re watching for the same God for the same salvation during the same final seven years therefore the following two verses which are quite general apply to all watches:

All harvests require a separation to take place:

Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. (Matt. 24:40)

Although this verse was written in Christ’s Olivet Discourse, St. Paul, the apostle to the mostly gentile church, later instructs us that ‘for us’ Jesus will not come like a thief in the night if we watch:

But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. Therefore be you also ready: for in such an hour as you think not the Son of man cometh. (Matt. 24:43-44)

Watching‘s the main point! Jesus never taught his followers to be clueless and uninterested in the prophetic signs. In fact, He strongly reprimanded the Pharisees for doing just that:

He (Jesus) answered them, “When it is evening, you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red.’ And in the morning, ‘It will be stormy today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the ‘signs of the times.’ An evil and adulterous generation seeks for a sign, but no sign will be given to it except the sign of Jonah.

The above is a reminder that watching doesn’t only mean ‘keeping our garments clean.’ If anyone is still unsure, please revisit Luke 19:42 above at mark A.0

The Pharisees had the Old Testament, which is full of prophesies, the ‘signs of the times’ that God gave them; Yet, they seemed oblivious to those. Instead they wanted Jesus to ‘perform signs’ at their command! We shouldn’t make the same mistake!

So when all these things begin to happen, stand and look up, for your salvation is near!
Luke 21:28, Matt. 24:33

Most of those signs are already converging. If the final harvest is on the horizon, then the earlier harvests must be be just around the corner!

A lot has happened since our Lord Jesus Christ spoke His Olivet Discourse to Peter, John, James and Andrew (Matt. 24:3). He was crucified, He defeated death and He was resurrected. Then He was witnessed by 500 men as He walked through Israel teaching His apostles for 40 more days. Finally, He was witnessed ascending with clouds into the heavens. We know he ascended all the way to the right hand of our Holy Father’s throne in heaven (Dan. 7:13-14). There He regained His former glory plus much more, and He probable received some of His crowns at that time; He was assigned the highest position in the universe under God our Father, because He’d proven His deepest worth.

It soon came to be, that the majority of Jesus’ followers, were and continue to be former gentiles!

Are the converging signs that Jesus Christ warned the ‘lost sheep of Israel’ to look out for (before the church age began) in order to be ready to flee when the abomination of desolation is first seen being set up on the wing of the 3rd temple, the same signs that Christians should be watching for?

What are the signs that St. Paul warned every Christian to be on guard for?

How did he teach his congregations to be prepared, in order that they may be ready to make the proper, immediate response when the time comes for believers to be gathered? (And, then to be taken by Jesus Christ to the highest heaven, to meet our Holy Father God Almighty, to partake in the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, and to begin our awesome journey with Jesus forever.)

For example, should all living Christians at the end of the church age, which is now, expect to see the man-of-lawlessness/Antichrist sit in the third temple of God in Jerusalem declaring himself to be God? And should we expect to witness the rudimentary version of the abomination of desolation as it’s set up in the Holy Place?

A.15 Glory of God, Watch

. . . Or did Jesus, in His Olivet Discourse, give to Peter, John, James and Andrew (written in the gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke) the information that needed to be passed on (written down) for the benefit of the ‘lost sheep of Israel’ who’ll be alive in last days. They’re the ones who’ll need it most. They’re the most likely future saints who’ll be in Israel witnessing the abomination of desolation when it’s first set up. They’re the ones for whom God has prepared the safe place in the mountains to which they were warned to flee. (And they’ll be harvested 1,260 days after they flee.)

Jesus ‘Yeshuah’ the Christ/Messiah appeared in His glory to Saul of Tarsus, who was an accomplished rising Pharisee from the tribe of Benjamin, a zealot for YHWH who was murdering Christians.

I know a man in Christ about fourteen years ago (whether he was in the body I cannot tell, or whether he was out of the body I cannot tell, God knows) who was taken up into the third heaven.And I know the same man (whether in the body or out of the body I cannot tell, God knows), . . .

. . . how he was taken up into Paradise and heard words not to be spoken, which no man can utter . . .

Of this man I will boast. Of myself I will not boast, unless it be of my infirmities. And yet if I chose to boast, I would not be a fool, because I would be speaking the truth. Nevertheless, I refrain, lest anyone should think of me above what he sees me to be, or hears from me. (2 Corinthians 12:2-6)

The Book of Revelation of Jesus Christ!

Amazingly, about 30 yrs. after St. Paul’s death, Jesus revealed much, much more to us through St. John, the beloved!

St. John received the final revelation of Jesus Christ! It included events that even St. Paul never described, such as a description of the throne room of God and the special door that Jesus was keeping open for the Church of Philadelphia to keep them from the ‘hour of trial that’s about to come upon the whole world.’ Jesus Christ Himself is The Door.

So, it wasn’t until about 65 yrs. after the Olivet Discourse, that the churches had the full teachings of St. Paul and St. John combined. Until then it wasn’t clear that . . .

. . . there are actually three different harvests by Jesus: barley, wheat and fruit or ‘good grapes,’ as well as three different although very similar watches.

The first of the main harvests will be the mysterious Open Door Harvest revealed by St. John, which will be much smaller than the Wheat Harvest. I’ve come to associate the Wheat Harvest with St. Paul’s rapture passages. (Although it seems conceivable that St. Paul’s harvest was actually referring to the bride; If so, how will the vast number of living tribulation saints make it up alive to God’s throne room?

So, perhaps the Open Door Barley Harvest is a rapture also, just smaller one, God’s solution to the problem of the division of the church. But if so, will it also be with the shout of Jesus, the trumpet of God and angels who’ll snatch us? Small raptures do happen; For examples: Enoch, Elijah, Jesus and the Two Witnesses. St. John was transported to the throne room of God, although in the spirit, after he heard God’s words, like a trumpet, say “Come up here!” Maybe that’s what we’ll hear, so let’s be ready in case it’s not the exact harvest model most of us have envisioned. ^{_{see below}}

I’m about to do a thorough comparison of The Wheat Harvest vs The Olivet Harvest.

But first, in order to differentiate between the Barley and Wheat Harvests it’s fundamental to keep in mind that St. Paul described a separation taking place among the Corinthians between the bride and the rest of the church members.

Regarding the Corinthian Church, which St. Paul planted: He made it clear that they were not turning out, as a whole, to be the bride who he’d promised to one husband, Jesus Christ. The reason: they were not being as faithful as flint, but were instead easily tolerating false teachers:

I (Paul) am jealous for you with a godly jealousy. I promised you to one husband, to Christ, so that I might present you as a pure virgin to him. But I’m afraid that just as Eve was deceived by the serpent’s cunning, your minds may somehow be led astray from your sincere and pure devotion to Christ. For if someone comes to you and preaches a Jesus other than the Jesus we preached, or if you receive a different spirit from the Spirit you received, or a different gospel from the one you accepted, you put up with it easily enough. (2 Corinthians 11:2-4)

This soft, yielding, unfaithful group was diverging from being the bride of Christ!

The Corinthians saw themselves as believers, unlike the tares who merely pretend to be believers, yet they were not guarding their faith as the thing of greatest value so they easily compromised. Many of Jesus’ Kingdom Parables, given in the Gospels, demonstrate that believers will be divided into two or three groups; In retrospect, that was the first clear indication that there’d be different harvests.

So, 2 Corinthians 11:4 points out those who were receiving a ‘different Jesus’ and a different spirit; The word ‘anti’ in Greek means ‘instead of’ or ‘over against.’ Think about that. Which harvest do you think the compromising members of the Church of Corinth will be a part of? The Open Door Barley Harvest – His Bride or the Wheat Harvest – His Tribulation Saints?

Does anybody actually think that Jesus Christ will accept church members who embrace an ‘anti’ Jesus as His bride? What will happen to those who are yielding to false Jesus when the true Jesus Christ comes to gather His bride?

Is it possible that believers who’ve compromised will be given a second chance?

YES! I think they’ll make up the bulk of the tribulation saints. Why else would there be a such thing as the sixth seal tribulation saints? Does anyone actually think Christ’s bride will be left on Earth for the climactic moment of the great tribulation? (I’m only referring to the first six seals, not the greatEST tribulation, which is God’s wrath that follows it. Even the tribulation saints will escape that!) If this is not the case, then who would the Open Door Harvest of Rev 3.10 be for? I think you know the answer: It’s for Christ’s bride, because there is no body else.

The following warnings were given specifically to the watchers of the second watch, although they reflect the warnings previously given to the Jews of the third watch. (And although such details haven’t been given for the first watch, we assume these apply to the bride as well. Perhaps the bride didn’t need as many direct warnings, because it’s written into her very calling to watch.) The bride will be covered last, further below. What comes before the harvest of the Jews, but not before the harvests of the church?

God’s Wrath!

The Olivet Discourse’s Harvest is the owner’s portion of the fruit harvest: It could be olives or figs but it’s most likely ‘good grapes’; It’s the harvest of the remnant of Jews, which only begins to take place 1.260 days AFTER the abomination of desolation _^(A.O.D.), is seen on the wings of the Temple of God. They’ll fee to the mountains where they’ll be refined like gold.

A.O.D.

The A.O.D. will be a powerful artificially intelligent idol that can speak. It will track everybody and kill anybody that doesn’t bow down to it. From the time its preliminary version appears on the holy place it’ll take about 3.5 years for its power to near completion. For example, the Starlink satellite system must be fully in place. The primary role of the False Prophet is to get people to bow down to the A.O.D. and take the Mark of the Beast. Worshiping the A.O.D. or at least showing subservience to it, is part and parcel of taking the Mark of the Beast. All this should begin soon after its initial appearance.

Scripture tells us that when the A.O.D. approaches the tipping point of its fulfillment, it’ll be aborted by Jesus Christ who’ll destroy it. Jesus Christ is the shine on God our Heavenly Father’s glory. In this way He’ll consummate God our Holy Father’s plan to bring to conclusion the 6,000 years that God has allotted for mankind to do things its own way, according to God’s particular way of reckoning time. The Abomination of Desolation’s Initiation to its Completion and Destruction – two translations:

Daniel 12:11 (Lexham English Septuagint 1st ed.) The day counts from Daniel 12 are key, along with the Revelation day counts, for timing the events of the last seven years of God’s plan for this age. There are 1,260 days from the time the the A.O.D. set up begins and Jesus Christ harvests the Jews. There are 1,290 days from the time the daily sacrifices are interrupted until the A.O.D. is destroyed by Jesus Christ. If the A.O.D. setup begins on the very same day that the sacrifices and oblations are disrupted, then it will be destroyed exactly 30 days after the Jews are harvested.

The Jewish remnant will flee as soon as soon they see the A.O.D. standing on the holy place.

According to Rev. 12, God Almighty will protect them in a mountain safe place for 1,260 days. That’s the setup for the Olivet or Good Grape Harvest, which is the harvest of the remnant Jews, which can only take place 1,260 days later. I doubt they’ll be able to keep track of time under those conditions, but during that time God will refine them!

Jesus Christ’s Millennial Kingdom . . .

. . . may officially begin immediately after Jesus Christ harvests the Jews. But it probably begins 30 days later when He completely annihilates the A.O.D., or even 45 days after that (Daniel 12 & Zech. 14:2-4) when Jesus completes the judgment of the nations at the Valley of Jehoshaphat. That’s total of 1,335 days after the daily sacrifices will be aborted.

Talking about timing, there’s a timestamp in the Olivet Discourse. It’s the Fig Tree Generation! In Matt. 24:32 Jesus said, “Now learn this Parable of the Fig Tree“. . .

The parable shows that sometime appx. about 7 or 8 decades after the revived nation of Israel puts forth its tender shoots, all the things described in the Olivet Discourse will have happened. The countdown most likely started from the day God reestablished Israel as a nation in 1948, dramatically fulfilling prophesy! It fits all my calculations ever since I understood August 9, 2024 (Nisan 1) as the first day of the final 7 years.

So, there are 3 main harvests- barley, wheat and fruit or good grapes. The Olivet Discourse and Daniel 12:1 refer to the last one, the fruit or good grapes. (It could be olives but grapes seem to fit best.)

As I study long and hard, the Holy Spirit, has been bringing together vast sections of the prophetic picture; I’m sure He’s using me and many other believers to this purpose as more knowledge is being made available in these last days. Harvest timing Viewpoints:

Most of the common arguments for the general timing of Jesus Christ’s gathering of His saints seemed to make good sense at first, but they contradicted each other and I came to realize they were being presented to me with glosses over of what really didn’t fit.

When I finally finished examining popular views meticulously, they all seemed to have huge flaws, flaws of Biblical proportions, or a multitude of smaller flaws – a mess. After about six years of trying to put together the greater prophetic puzzle, much of it finally seemed to have come together by the Holy Spirit, yet the general timing of the harvest of the saints still remained questionable, for awhile. Even the sixth seal rapture viewpoint, which was the only way out of initial confusion, had its challenges.

Popular harvest, resurrection, and rapture timing view points actually have merit!

You’re probably thinking, what! Didn’t you just write that the viewpoints have been presented with glosses causing gigantic error or multitude of smaller flaws? . . . Can the two statements that I made be reconciled? Yes, they can be reconciled if all three harvests of saints are in God’s plan. They are. That’s why they all have Biblical support!

One problem is that seminary schools have been teaching students to defend the existence of only one harvest, at the expense of the others. I’m not saying they’re doing it deliberately, with full awareness, but that students and teachers are under pressure to agree with what’s been handed down to them by their institutions.

Different schools chose different Bible expositors to hold in high esteem, so teachers must leave out, spiritualize or twist Bible passages that don’t fit their school’s paradigm and the glosses cause waves of warpage.

To be fair, it hasn’t been entirely the fault of seminary schools. There have been a few egregious widespread mis-translations in the Bible. One passage in particular, related to the rapture, comes to mind that has misled many, including me. But, with the internet and so many linguistics experts working on this very topic now, the important errors are coming to light.

May 18, ’24 Addendum, Although I’ve come to uphold the basic ‘three harvest’ viewpoint, I continue to think the Bible’s saying that, the vast majority of saints will be harvested at the sixth seal, which is the ‘owner’s portion’ of the Wheat Harvest. My studies are leading me to realize that all of the bride-of-Christ comes out of the body-of-Christ so only part of the body-of-Christ is the bride-of-Christ.

End Times Prophesy Watchers

Our Lord doesn’t lead every believer to become a Bible expositor or end time prophesy watcher. As parts of the body of Jesus Christ, we’ve been given different roles.

For example, those who can’t sing are supported in the joy of worship by those who can!

But, Jesus warned every member of His body to pay attention. He wants us to watch and not fall asleep. He warned us to be on guard to keep our garments clean, and in order to do that, most of all, He warned us NOT to live for the world!

Watchers have a very supportive role unto other believers, who really should take more advantage of them. This is despite the fact that it’s not always easy to hear what watchers have to say. For example, they might let you know when you need to study the challenging parts of the Bible.

In the Old Testament, God assigned watcher roles to Levitical priests. Prophets were watchers of a different sort. Also, Israel had watchers in civil roles. It’s a very intense responsibility.

“But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet to warn the people and the sword comes and takes someone’s life, that person’s life will be taken because of their sin, but I will hold the watchman accountable for their blood.”
Ezekiel 33:6

I’m not saying that believers with the indwelling Holy Spirit don’t contribute greatly to the restraint of dark spirits in the world!

They do, especially in their own lives, their immediate surroundings and communities; And saints, through their answered prayers, also have a restraining effect upon the whole world. But, there’s always been much rebelliousness and/or division in the church, even from the days of St. Paul, throughout the long dark ages, and very obviously NOW. So, it’s at least conceivable that there’s an additional, dimension to how the restrainer works.

I could be wrong, but I strongly suspect that when Jesus Christ breaks the first seals of the scroll, ‘The Deed to the Earth’ that He’s removing parts of the restrainer, one seal at a time . . .

. . . and at the right moment, after war and/or other serious troubles have been let loose, but before they reach critical mass, He’ll rescue His bride from the world’s hour of greatest trial before she’s scourged by it. (Rev. 3:3)

If I’m right, Jesus Christ may have released a restraining seal on Yom Teruah (Trumpets) Sept. 17, 2023 and another on Yom Teruah (Trumpets) Oct. 2, 2024.

When Jesus Christ’s removes His bride from the earth, the final great way in which the Holy Spirit restrains will come to an end, because He remains with with her as she rises.

I think the Holy Spirit works best through the saint when they’re united in community.

A Nuclear Harvest Seems Likely.

One thing’s certain: nowhere in the Bible does any prophet say that the bride of Christ will be rescued on or before the first day of Daniel’s 70 week. See post 14, mark 12.5.

Prophesies have recently been coming true faster that I can possibly write about them! God has clearly revealed, just in time, the above mentioned ‘three harvest model,’ which includes the Open Door Harvest (barley), the Pauline Harvest (wheat) and the Olivet Discourse fruit or ‘good grapes’ Harvest. So, the first resurrection must be parsed among those. See:

The Unexpected Importance of the Book of Ester!

An early harvest of the bride of Jesus Christ is supported by the story told in the Biblical Book of Ester. Watchers are encouraged by this prophesy to keep awake for our Lord and Savior’s arrival, any time from Purim onward, until the nuclear issues, which caused Iran, Russia and China to apparently congeal on Purim March 14, 2025 and all other repercussions of Iran’s nuclear threat play out.

Although the ‘event that changed everything’ absolutely did happen exactly on Purim proper: March 14, 2025, the whole story of the Book of Ester doesn’t happen in one day or one month! That’s why watchers are still focusing on its being played out.

The only reason Israel didn’t blow up the Bushehr Nuclear Facility during 2025 Passover week was: Trump stalled Netanyahu who was ready to do it. Trump wanted to try another diplomatic round.

One thing was so exciting for me to learn about Ester!

As end-times prophesy: Ester is the Bride of the King of kings who risks her life to stand up for the Jews; The story is prophetic of the grafted on ‘hidden Israel’ (the true church/bride of Christ) who will do the same thing. The historically true story of Ester is relived every year by the Jews in their Purim festival. The entire Old Testament and the prophets point us to the Time of Jacob’s Trouble, the main purpose of which is the saving of the remnant of the Jews. (The rest will pay their eternal debt to God.) God please help us always remember that it’s only through the Jews, through whom Jesus Christ was begotten, that we ‘the called out ones’ from every nations have been saved from a future of never ending damnation .

God also uses Christ’s bride to make the Jews jealous:

I am speaking to you Gentiles. Inasmuch as I am the apostle to the Gentiles, I magnify my ministry in the hope that I may provoke my fellow Jews to jealousy and save some of them. For if their rejection is the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead? Romans 11: 13-15

7.Mistranslated 2nd Thessalonians

Talking about the timeline, whether we’re in the 7 year countdown or are just about to be, how can we be ready for God’s harvests of our spirits/souls?

7.1 See the Glory of God, Beyond the Veil

If you believe that the entire body of Christ will have to witness the abomination of desolation before saints are rescued – then the following is for you:

Many people have been led astray, especially those who believe, as I used to, that the body of Christ must witness the abomination of desolation before the coming of our loving Lord and Savior to gather us to Himself in the clouds, our blessed hope.

I don’t know how Bible teachers can teach that Jesus Christ is coming to gather His church before the man of lawlessness is revealed (which turns out to be true) when 2 Thess. 2:1, the most prominent passage on the issue, is almost always mistranslated to say the opposite!

As you can see, these mis-translations seem to say that Jesus Christ won’t gather His beloved until the rebellion fully occurs and the antichrist is revealed. That’s not true! I’ll focus on the antichrist being revealed first, _{^{tackling the rebellion issue at the end of this post; there’s always been rebellion in the Church.}}

Not only do the wrong translations say that the gathering of the true church won’t be until the man of lawlessness is revealed, it also implies that the man-of-lawlessness won’t be considered ‘revealed,’ until he sets himself up in God’s Temple! That’d cut deeply into Daniel’s 70th Week!

I hope all teachers/pastors/and believers who got the pre-tribulation rapture right were using the King James Version, which scored a bullseye on 2 Thess. 2:1 translation _{^{(see below)}}! But, if that were really the case, I don’t see how there wouldn’t have been a single person, since I became a serious believer, to show me the clear KJV verse that underlies their blessed hope. Maybe someone eventually would have. . . but I didn’t wait.

When I was a newbie in Christ, bringing up this verse in study group, got me a response that looked something like this! But, I don’t want anybody to be overly put off by this early experience of mine; Since then I’ve found serious, capable brethren online who understand and gracefully handle this topic, such as Soothkeep. see below.

I came to realize that church members often don’t know why they believe what they believe about our being gathered by our Lord and Savior. They don’t even know about the very insidious mis-translation, and seem to be merely going by ‘wishful thinking gone viral.’ They got the existence of a pre-tribulation rapture ‘rightish’ by accident! God bless them! But that’s not really a firm foundation; Also their fear and anger is very destructive toward those who really want to understand. Those are often the same people who ignore the huge, uncountable number of saints harvested at the sixth seal or the ones who refuse to watch for the soon coming of our Lord, even as the signs converge upon us and Jesus is at the Door!

The rest of this post is to show the correct translation and why it’s correct. I hope it’ll help a brother or sister. This is a gift: I don’t get anything in return from other believers, but Jesus Christ gave me His approval. I did this for my own understanding and to please our Lord King Jesus. Here’s a thorough proof regarding the mis-translation with links, not just videos but meticulous documentation. . . .

Mis-translation of the Greek Preposition ‘huper‘

Correct translations of ‘huper’: by, on account of, on behalf of, for, for the sake of. Those are the normal, ordinary, common uses. In contrast, translating ‘huper’ as: concerning, about, with regard to, with respect to, or regarding, is sadly wrong.

Those mis-translations of ‘huper’ make it appear that Day of the Lord is the same thing as the time, when Jesus Christ will approaches the earth briefly to gather/harvest/rapture His beloved church/bride, before His wrath begins _{^{(the Day of the Lord).}}

After reading the correct translations below, go back to the passages in the yellow boxes above, and look again at how they twisted it; it’s insidiously subtle.

St. Paul and his brethren are correctly imploring the Church of Thessalonica to take comfort by the knowledge that the Day of the Lord (the Lord’s wrath) will not happen until after the event of ‘the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ to gather us to Him,’ which is our blessed hope. The actual concern of the people in the first century was that the Day of the Lords Wrath had already begun, that they were going to suffer God’s wrath.

2 Thess 2:3 contains a second potentially misunderstood word: ‘apostasy.’ In most pre-1611 Bibles it was translated as ‘departure.’

After 1611 AD, the ‘apostasia’ came to be understood as (spiritual) ‘falling away.’

The Greek word ‘apostasia’ can mean a spiritual departure and it can also mean a physical departure! The spiritually departed are the left behind and the mature church or bride will depart as she’s harvested by Jesus Christ!

It can be that the church splits as the bride separates herself from worldliness, and the worldly church:

2 Corinthians 11: 2-4, I (Paul) am jealous for you with a godly jealousy. I promised you to one husband, to Christ, so that I might present you as a pure virgin to him. But I’m afraid that just as Eve was deceived by the serpent’s cunning, your minds may somehow be led astray from your sincere and pure devotion to Christ. For if someone comes to you and preaches a Jesus other than the Jesus we preached, or if you receive a different spirit from the Spirit you received, or a different gospel from the one you accepted, you put up with it easily enough.

A different Jesus? Church members putting up with a different Jesus! That’s like not bothering to discern if the person who’s just got in bed with you is your spouse! Do you think Jesus will lift up anyone who does that? This must be the other group, those who’ve divorced the true Jesus.

It Can be Seen as Two Divorces!

The wore ‘apostasy’ has been most consistently translated as ‘divorce,’ which becomes clear if one researches it deeply enough; When the ‘worldly church’ divorces the true Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ’s bride, the true church, also divorces the ‘worldly church.’ He takes His bride up while the ‘worldly church’ goes down with the world. Another way to look at it is that the bride and the rest of the church divorce each other.

So, I’d been thinking about these things, when I discovered the below C.J. Lovik video:

Although, at the time he made this video, he hadn’t yet come to understand the huper mis-translation that I proved in this post, he’s a very serious Bible expositor who I give credit to for seemingly being the first person to understand God’s four final Great Jubilee Cycles (see post 4 ), and I thank Jesus Christ for him.

The way he understands the 1 Thess. 2-3 verses is: The revealing of the antichrist immediately follows the tipping point of the splitting of the church including the departure of His bride; And, that the Day of the Lord begins immediately after that. Somehow the Holy Spirit has shown him another way to get around the huge ‘huper’ mis-translation stumbling block, and still find a way to differentiate between the day Jesus Christ comes to gather His bride and the Day of the Lord which is Jesus Christ’s wrath!

Being indwelled by the Holy Spirit doesn’t mean Bible expositors don’t have to go through the long, intense, struggle of putting together the prophetic puzzle pieces that are contained in scripture, as well as those revealed in other ways, such as mentioned in Daniel 12:4 regarding the last days. There’s trial and error involved on our part. That’s a big part of the glory of God! It pleases Him to watch us hunt for the treasures that He hid in scripture, and when we come to the end of ourselves, He gives us clues. How else could we truly appreciate the value of it when we have a breakthrough?

Proverbs 25:2, It is the glory of God to conceal a matter and the glory of kings to search it out.

Gog is a Title of the Antichrist/Beast.

But, there are two other Gogs, one before and one after the Beast. The Gogs are all descended from Magog, a descendant of Japheth, after the flood.

All the following seem to be the second Gog:

The: Beast, Antichrist, Little Horn, Lawless One, Son of Perdition and possibly the ‘Prince Who Is to Come’

. . . and maybe also the the Assyrian, from the Book of Daniel.

It was a bit amazed when I first learned that the Antichrist is the end time Gog. . .

. . . because it means the world won’t necessarily have to wait until after the Gog-Magog War before expecting the Beast to be revealed! That’s because the Gog-Magog war may segway directly into Armageddon, since both wars are led by Gog the Antichrist.

But, to understand, we must examine the Messianic Numbers 24:7 prophesy:

Balaam, a man who knew YHWH and was gifted with the spirit of prophesy, nevertheless corrupted his gift for money. He mixed it with divination and was not concerned with truth. Around 1440 BC, when the Israelites were in the dessert, near the end of their travel toward the promised land, Balak the King of Moab was concerned by seeing them setting up camp as they were passing through, so he called on Balaam and offered him a high price to prophesy bad things against Israel, essentially to put a curse on them.

But, God Almighty sent His spirit so strongly onto Balaam so that he’d hear the truth and not be able to resist telling about the greatness of the future seed (King) of the Messianic Kingdom of Israel. 7 times God made the truth come out of Balaam’s mouth, including when he said

The distant future was the Messianic Era.

God caused Balaam the prophet to be unable to resist making 7 true prophesies about the Israelites and their future glory. After that Balaam wanted revenge, which he achieved by teaching Balak, the King of Moab how to lead the Israelites into terrible sin.

Balaam’s most famous messianic prophesy:

The verse that you just read, Numbers 24:7, is the Literal Standard Version, which is unique in that it draws upon both the Septuagint and the Masoretic texts of the Old Testament.

In the Septuagint version of this verse, ‘Gog’ is the title of the final enemy of Israel.

But, most English Bibles on anyone’s bookshelf today say Agag! Why?

The Hebrew Bible was ‘revived’, long after the Hellenistic period ended. The Rabbinical Jews prepared a Tanach (Old Testament), in a Hebrew called the Masoretic Text. It was probably completed in the 10th or 11th century, although it wasn’t published until 1524. They’re the ones who substituted ‘Agag’ for Gog.

Why?

The Messianic theme of this passage was extremely touchy with them because they’re the ones God holds responsible for the crucifixion of His Son whose name is Yeshuah in Hebrew (Savior) Mashiach (anointed one) or Jesus (Savior) Christ (anointed one). He is also called God the Son, the Worthy One who is the exact likeness of YHWH in the flesh, perfect and sinless.

Unfortunately, almost all available Bibles, even the King James Bible, used the Masoretic text as the only source from which they’ve translated the Old Testament!

I’ve been trying to find it in the the Dead Sea Scrolls (4Q27) but the Numbers 24:7 verse seems to be missing from the fragment! (Hmm, I recently found out that chapter 9 of Daniel is also missing – hmmm, other highly sensitive Messianic passages!)

In St. John’s vision from the Lord, which he described in the Book of Revelation, the seven heads of the Beast in chronological order represent:

2. Assyrian Empire

3. Babylonian Empire

4. Medo-Persian Empire

5. Greek Empire

6. Roman Empire

7. Islamic Empire

They were the great gentile empires of middle Earth, the main historical enemies of Hebrew Israel.

In St. John’s vision, the seventh head of the Beast suffered a fatal head wound.

That’s the Islamic Caliphate, which ceased to exist in 1924 after the Ottoman Caliphate was defeated in WW1. It was decapitated when its head (Caliph) was replaced by Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, a secular president.

The Decapitation of the Caliphate is the Fatal Head Wound.

It was a seemingly fatal head wound in St. John’s vision. But, St. John also saw that the ‘seventh head’ will be revived (a caliph will arise again), and he or the ‘Mahdi’ will be considered as the ‘eighth head’ of the beast.

St. John wrote that the eighth head will replace the seventh head; It will be ‘of the (spirit of the) seven’ and will drive the whole Beast.

It will be the Beast, the ultimate Beast which will reign for the last 42 months of the 6,000 years of God Almighty’s allotment for mankind’s rebellion.

It may have its most severe impact on the ‘greater MENA (Middle East North Africa area), at least in the beginning, because the concept of ‘the world’ in the Bible is from the vantage point of Jerusalem. The territories/ethnicities of the end time Gog coalition of Ezekiel 38, have their roots in most of the nations directly surrounding Israel today.

People of the whole world will succumb to the ‘Beast’ and worship him, or submit to him in other ways, such as bowing down to him or his image. The true living Almighty God will allow the satanically empowered Beast Empire to become the preeminent world power, for the described ‘short time,’ in order that it may fully express its evil intent against God and God’s – people to its own utter condemnation. It’s also being used to test the Jews, bringing 1/3 of them to salvation.

When the cup of its wickedness reaches fullness, Jesus Christ will return to conquer and overthrow it, the entire Beast System and the multitudes of its followers. He’ll throw the Beast and his ‘false prophet’ into the ‘lake of fire,’ which was made for satan and his fallen angels – burning torment without end. The Beast’s followers will be degraded and killed, but they won’t be judged until after the Millennium, at the Great White Throne.
